The exchange is done against the same item for a different size or a different colour if the amount is the same and within the limit of stocks available. The exchange will be processed as quickly as possible once Kolm\u00e9 receipt of the returned items, provided that the items are in perfect condition, unworn and properly folded. The costs of returning the items to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer. Kolm\u00e9 shall bear the costs of re-delivery.<\/p>
